- 1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk, skim milk, Kifer or water (whatever you choose)
- 1/2 organic banana

Instructions

Almond Butter Chocolate Espresso Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-natural smooth almond butter
- ¼ cup raw honey
- ¾ cup dry old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 scoop chocolate organic balanced meal
- ½ cup raw sliced almonds
Instructions
- For optimal taste, use a blender and add ice.
- The more ice that you add, the thicker it will become
- Feel free to use any kind of milk or milk substitute (raw milk, almond, rice, or coconut, etc).
- The more milk that you add, the creamier it will become

- Combine almond butter, honey, oats, chocolate organic balanced meal, as well as almonds in a medium bowl. Mix well either using your hands or a rubber spatula.
- Shape mixture into 24 walnut-sized balls and place into an airtight container.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Organic Balanced Meal Oatmeal Bar

Ingredients
- 4 servings Chocolate Organic Balanced Meal
- 3 cups dry oatmeal
- 1 tsp. unsweetened organic cocoa powder
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together, then add nonfat milk
- and vanilla to blend flavors
- Add peanut butter and mix together well with hands
- After everything is mixed, put mixture in an 8" x 8" pan and place plastic wrap or wax paper on top of mixture and push evenly into pan to flatten
- Refrigerate for 3 hours. After refrigerated, cut into even squares (roughly 9 bars)
