  1. 1 scoop Organic Balanced Meal nutritional powder
  2. 1 cup organic unsweetened almond milk, skim milk, Kifer or water (whatever you choose)
  3. 1/2 organic banana
  4. 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  5. 3-5 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a cup, blend until smooth and enjoy.
Notes

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup all-natural smooth almond butter
  2. ¼ cup raw honey
  3. ¾ cup dry old-fashioned rolled oats
  4. 1 scoop chocolate organic balanced meal
  5. ½ cup raw sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. For optimal taste, use a blender and add ice.
  2. The more ice that you add, the thicker it will become
  3. Feel free to use any kind of milk or milk substitute (raw milk, almond, rice, or coconut, etc).
  4. The more milk that you add, the creamier it will become
Notes
  1. Combine almond butter, honey, oats, chocolate organic balanced meal, as well as almonds in a medium bowl. Mix well either using your hands or a rubber spatula.
  2. Shape mixture into 24 walnut-sized balls and place into an airtight container.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients
  1. 4 servings Chocolate Organic Balanced Meal
  2. 3 cups dry oatmeal
  3. 1 tsp. unsweetened organic cocoa powder
  4. 1 dash cinnamon
  5. 1 cup nonfat milk
  6. ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  7. ½ cup natural peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together, then add nonfat milk
  2. and vanilla to blend flavors
  3. Add peanut butter and mix together well with hands
  4. After everything is mixed, put mixture in an 8" x 8" pan and place plastic wrap or wax paper on top of mixture and push evenly into pan to flatten
  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours. After refrigerated, cut into even squares (roughly 9 bars)
